Terms & General Information

This property requires a joint tenancy agreement (house let by a group of 4 students and not individuals). The tenancy agreement is offered for 1 year.

(if you are interested but do not have a group of 4, let us know and we will try to help).
  
As private landlords we take pride in our business and set ourselves very high standards. We have 2 daughters who have both been to University so we know, with the help of our daughters, exactly what students want ~ a comfortable home with reliable trustworthy Landlords.

Unlike agents we are available 7 days a week to answer any queries related to your student house and we will do our best to deal with any emergency issues as soon as possible.

We recommend students take out insurance while living away from home to protect their personal belongings including insurance for fridge/freezer contents.

Deposit

All deposit monies are held with the DPS* (see below).

If you would like to rent our property a non refundable payment of £100 per person is required to reserve the property. This is part of your deposit, not a fee. The remainder of the deposit would be £284 per person. (Total deposit for the house is £1536).

Within the next 10 days you will need to:

Sign a joint tenancy agreement
Return a signed guarantor form
(copies of both these are available on request-please use our contact form).
Pay the balance of your deposit

*DPS or *Deposit Protection Service" is provided under the Housing Act 2004, Tenancy Protection provisions.

Rent

Rent is due in advance on the 1st day of each month by standing order

£64 per student per week 
£277 per student per month

Total rent for house £1108 per month

Free wifi connected and ready to use in this property
No other bills are included in your rent
